A main Laboratory where Dr Mario is doing his experiments with a Frankenstein on the table, there is a small corridor off which there are three other smaller labs containing various animated creatures preserved in vats and cages ready for experimentation followed by another corridor and two other rooms, contains adult material, meant for fast action game play.
