Hospital theme map, it actually only has three identical rooms but with the use of "Warp Zones" gives the effect of having 16 rooms hence the name Dementia, there is a skeleton on the ladder which has just been electrocuted by a moving wire hanging from the ceiling. Meant for fast action game play.
